Contiguous 48 U.S. states (excluding remote areas of Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

2. Excluded Regions:

Remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii (specific ZIP codes available upon request).

U.S. territories and freely associated states: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands.

International affiliated states: Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands (excluded due to customs restrictions).

Military addresses .


II. Shipping Methods & Timelines

Free Shipping (All Orders): Cost is $0 USD on every order—there is no minimum purchase requirement or item‑count threshold.

Delivery time: 1-3 business days (contiguous 48 states only).

Cost: Free.


III. Order Processing & Tracking

1. Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

2. Tracking Information:

A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment. Real-time updates are available via carrier websites (e.g., USPS, FedEx).


IV. International Shipping & Customs

1. International Orders:

We do not directly ship internationally. If using a third-party forwarding service:

Customs duties, taxes, or fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delays or returns due to customs inspections are not our liability.

2. Self-Forwarding Risks:

Forwarding goods to excluded regions (e.g., Puerto Rico, military bases) is prohibited. Any related losses are the customer’s responsibility.


V. Liability Disclaimer

1. Address Accuracy:

We are not liable for reshipment or refunds due to incorrect, incomplete, or excluded addresses.

2. Force Majeure:

Delays or losses caused by extreme weather, war, strikes, customs policy changes, or other uncontrollable events are not our responsibility.

3. Transfer of Risk:

Damage or loss during transit becomes the carrier’s or customer’s responsibility once the package is marked "delivered."

4. Policy Updates:

We reserve the right to modify shipping policies and coverage without prior notice.


VI. Returns & Dispute Resolution

1. Damaged/Incorrect Items:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number for replacements or refunds (no exceptions after this period).

2. Delivery Delays:

If tracking shows "delivered" but the package is missing, contact your local post office or carrier first.

1. Address Validation:

Checkout includes an automated system to block orders from excluded regions (e.g., alerts for "APO" or "Hawaii" addresses).

2. Policy Accessibility:

Due to logistics partnerships and regional policies, we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military bases. Risks from forwarding goods to these areas are solely the customer’s responsibility.
